ABOUT THE RACE

Cres & Lošinj Trail Weekend is a race consisting of two separate stages with three different length categories: PURPLE, BLUE i GREEN..
The competitors can participate in one race or both, and they can choose their category in each stage. You can apply for different categories in each stage.
A winner is announced after each race, but after both races we will announce the overall winners of the Cres & Lošinj Trail Weekend in men’s and women’s competition for all categories – PURPLE, BLUE i GREEN.

REGISTRATION

RACE REGISTRATION: Use utrka.com  to register 

Please provide the correct information in the application.

The application will be confirmed after the entry fee payment in the amount of 30 € if you apply for one race.
If you apply for both races, you pay 50 € for both races.
For kids up to 12 years of age (born 2013. or younger), who may participate only if accompanied by their parent(s), the entry fee for both races is 29 € or 17 € for one race.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS WITH A FULL START PACKAGE: 10/13/2025 at 22:00
After the closing of applications, there is a possibility of opening additional applications until October 28 2025, but without a full starting package.
Entries will close early if all available places in a particular race or length are filled.
We will not open additional applications if all available places are filled.

FINAL PARTICIPANT LIST:
Will be issued on 30. 10. 2025.

​The final list will comprise of all the participants who have filled in the registration form and have paid the total entry fee within the deadline.
Participants who send the application but fail to pay the entry fee by the above-mentioned deadline will not be listed and may not participate.
You can register for one race or for both. If you register for both races, you can combine two different categories, i.e. you can register for different category in these two days.

ENTRY FEE PAYMENT

Competitors from EU countries pay the entry fee normally to our bank account.
Competitors who register and pay from countries outside the EU, please contact our email clt@remarkable.events for payment instructions. Payment from non-EU countries to our bank account creates additional costs for us (€7), so we will have to charge you at the start if you pay through a bank.

Payment deadline: October 13 2025., 23:59h.
For the full starting package, starting fee must visible on our account on October 15.

Competitors who send the application but fail to pay the entry fee by the above-mentioned deadline will be considered as withdrawn from the race.

ALL participants have to send the copy of the payment to the following e-mail: clt@remarkable.events
Clearly specify the names of the participants for whom the payment has been made.
If you pay collectively for more people, please specify the name and the surname of each participant.

ENTRY FEE REFUND

Participants who withdraw from the race and inform the organizer before October 13 2025 by email: clt@remarkable.events will be reimbursed 100% of the paid entry fee.
​If you withdraw from the race after the specified date, the entry fee will not be reimbursed.

If you decide not to participate in the race after October 13 2025, someone else can pick your race pack up at the registration point instead of you. Race packs are not sent by mail.

If you decide not to participate in the race after October 13, you can transfer your entry fee to someone else, but please let us know about it by the following mail only: clt@remarkable.events.
The change of your T-shirt size will not be possible after October 13.

– race organization
– emergency rescue service
– warm meal after each race
– race T-shirt- aluminium water bottle with CLT race branding (for the participants competing in both races)
– starting number
– chip timing
– fruit, water, cookies, refreshment stations during the race
– photos from the race free of charge

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

There is no mandatory equipment.
We suggest you have at least 1 liter of water or other liquid on you.
There will be food and water at refreshment stations, but no plastic cups, so bring a cup or a bottle.

WITHDRAWING FROM THE RACE

If you decide not to start after you picked up your race pack or withdraw during the race, please inform us by email clt@remarkable.events or send us a message (+385 91 751 5975). Phone number will be printed on the start number bib.

CHANGING THE CATEGORY (DISTANCE)

Race category or length can be changed to a longer or a shorter one until October 28 2025. 
Maximum number of competitors per course: PURPLE 200, BLUE 300 and for GREEN  400 competitors.
It will not be possible to change your category if the limit is reached in the other category.

Race check-in will be in Punta Hotel in Veli Lošinj.
You can collect your number and race pack for both races there.

Race check-in will be at the race starting point in Veli Lošinj (Obala maršala Tita).
You can collect your number and race pack for both races there.

Race check-in will be at the race starting point in front of restaurant Nono Frane, Ul. Riva creskih kapetana 10 in  Cres.

REFRESHMENT POINTS

Water, isotonic and Coca-Cola will be available at the refreshment points.
There will be no cups on the refreshments, so you need to have your own cup or water bottle.


You will be able to fill your bellies with fruit (bananas, tangerines and oranges), biscuits, chocolate, crackers or salty sticks.
All foods will be suitable for vegans as well.
